Professional Bottle Filling Machine Supplier

Some of the key parts of a tube filling machine that make up its effective filling technique are a feeding system, bottle feeding system, filling valve, a big turntable, transmission system, body, automated control, and so on.

In a nutshell, the operator starts the filling process by pressing the start button on the tube filling machine. This turns on the transfer wheel and the filling machine. The conveyor belt moves the bottles in a straight line, and then the wheels spread the bottles out evenly over the mechanism that raises the bottle tray. Once the pallet senses the pressure and the tray piston pushes the tray lift mechanism, the tray starts to rise with the bottle. During the tray’s rise time, which is 6S, the rise time gets longer. If the pressure of the liquid is detected, the tray will stop rising, and the gas valve will open, letting carbon dioxide into the bottle. For the longer inflation time, it takes 6S.

Tube Filling Machine Filling Methods

Tube Filling Machine Filling Methods

☞ Standard Pressure Filling Method

Because the liquid material flows into the packaging container solely to its weight under normal pressure, the atmospheric pressure approach is known as the pure gravity method. This method is effective for filling most non-liquid-liquid components, including vinegar, milk, fruit wine, white wine, soy sauce, and many more.

☞ Vacuum Filling Method

There are two methods to do the vacuum filling technique in a tube filling machine, which fills at the sub-atmospheric level:

a) Differential Pressure Vacuum
To put it another way, the liquid storage tank stays at normal pressure while only the packaging container is emptied to create a vacuum. Because of the difference in pressure between the liquid storage tank and the container, the liquid then flows into the container until it is full. In China, this is standard practice.

b) Gravity Vacuum
The liquid in the storage tank is under a vacuum, and the packaging container first takes in air to create a vacuum that is the same as the one in the storage tank. The liquid then flows into the container because of its weight. As a result of its complex design, it is not widely applicable in China.

On the other hand, the vacuum filling method is popular because it can fill even somewhat viscous liquids such as oils and syrups. It also effectively fills bottles, vegetable and fruit juices, and other vitamin-rich beverages. Because of the vacuum, there is less contact between the liquid and the air, allowing the product to have a more extended amount of time storage. The vacuum method may also be used to fill harmful chemicals. Insecticides, for example, encapsulate dangerous fumes and prevent them from fleeing the workplace.

☞ Isobaric Filling Method

The isostatic method, also called the pressure gravity filling method, involves first inflating the packaging container to make the air pressure equal to that in the liquid storage tank. Then, the filling liquid flows into the packaging container on its own weight. This method effectively fills carbonated drinks such as sparkling wine, beer, soda, and more.

Isobaric filling in the tube filling machine may enhance the product’s accuracy and quality while lowering the quantity of CO2 leakage and preventing it from becoming too frothy during the filling phase.

Stepping Motor in Tube Filling

Stepper motor

Positioning the hose correctly in the tube filling and sealing machine is crucial. The mountain stepping motor used in this device is known for its accuracy and precision in placing.

The speed of the stepper motor is regulated. A photoelectric switch that detects the direction of the color mark is a feature of the color mark mode. The control switch signal is sent upon detecting the color mark. The cycle repeats after the stepping motor releases the signal, scrolls for a little while calculating the delay, and then stops again. Ensure to arrange the color patch is ideally in line with its orientation.

Stepper motors in a machine that fills and seals tubes:

◎ Operation Process

1. Tube silo or hose container
2. Automatic upper tube
3. Identification positioning
4. Hose internal cleaning (optional)
5. Filling
6. Tail hot melt
7. Press and seal (code typing)
8. Hose positioning
9. Shearing
10. Product discharge

◎ Operation Principle
Choose PLC program control. Automatic upper tube, color mark placement, air cleaning tube inner space, injection nozzle deepening tube filling, tube tail inner wall hot gas heating, tube tail outer wall chilling (refrigerating water machine drainage cycle), hot melt pressing and typing code, tail cut and product released. The settings are digitally recorded.

What happens when the Tube Filling Machine detects defective products

1. Bursting Bottles

The height is inadequate when the bottle is about to burst. During a standard filling operation, the pressure is not registered when the larger tray length rises by 6S because the filling nozzle is not moved to accommodate the new position. When the tray is lowered, the malfunctioning product light comes on, and the structure starts to break—time 6S. After lowering the tray, the next cycle may begin. The faulty detector activates simultaneously.

2. Broken Defective Product

The air valve does not detect the air pressure when the huge inflation time is 6S after the regular filling procedure. CO2 is not full in a broken bottle. The CO2 is then shut off, the bottle tray falls, and the defective product light activates. For 6 seconds, the tray falls. The tray is lowered until the following cycle starts, triggering the faulty detector.
