Mayonnaise Making Machine Weighing Module Installation Requirements

In order to create mayonnaise of superior quality with a highly automated control system, some customers choose to employ a weight model for their mayonnaise making machine loading mechanism. However, the loading method for weighing modules is often overlooked during the need for a base, which may significantly reduce weighing precision.

The requirements for the base are as follows: A mayonnaise making machine has certain basic installation needs.

Both concrete and steel structures apply for the bases of weighing module loading systems. The following conditions must be met by the bases in order to guarantee reliable measurement performance:

1.1 Concrete Foundation Requirements

It is often important to make arrangements for the embedded slab in advance if there is a concrete foundation underneath the module. The following are the essential requirements:

1. Mayonnaise Making Machine Strength Condition

The concrete must be strong enough and fulfill all the mechanical criteria for the module. The production circumstance determines the precise mechanical requirements.

2. Mayonnaise Machine Integrated Board Dimension

It has to be bigger than the module’s bottom transition plate, have a designated spot for the welding seam, and be at least as thick as the transition plate.

3. Mayonnaise Making Machine Integrated Board Flatness

For the single module, the installation plane underneath must be perfectly flat. No single installation surface may be angled more than half a degree from the horizontal. If there is more than a 3mm variation in height between the installation surfaces of different modules, a gasket will be needed to ensure proper module alignment.

1.2 Mayonnaise Machine Steel Structure Basics

The following are typical requirements for a steel construction base underneath the module:

1. Strict Standards

Steel structures should have a flexible deformation of less than 1/1000 from unloaded to fully loaded. If this is not possible, the steel framework may need to be strengthened in certain areas.

2. Flatness

For a single module, make sure the installation plane below is no more than 0.5 degrees from the horizontal plane. And for multiple modules, make sure the height difference between the installation surfaces is no more than 3 mm, which you may level by a gasket .
