E-liquid filling machines are used to efficiently fill e-cigarette liquids, penicillin products, eye drop products, etc. Suitable for low to medium viscosity liquids, this monoblock machine with unscrambler has precise peristaltic and piston pump filling performance used in and can be combination with other machines. It is equipped with two pumps or nozzles to reach a high production speed. Fill the container more quickly.
Its user-friendly design makes it simple to use, and its low maintenance needs allow it to operate for longer periods. You have the choice of installing two or four pumps or nozzles on your equipment.
Vibrating bowls allow the Nib and Caps to be fed, and the capping mechanism is controlled by a Permanent Magnet Hysteresis Clutch and Brake, which allows for easy adjustment of the capping torque. 316 stainless steel is used for the contact parts, which are excellent quality A servo-controlled star wheel makes sure that the bottles are in the right place for filling, inserting, and capping.
E-liquid filling machines are used to fill 2-100 ml bottles with liquid and seal them. It uses high-precision piston pumps (or peristaltic pumps) to fill the bottles, and can be adjusted to fill the correct amount of liquid, measure accurately, and be easy to clean and maintain. The machine also has a no bottle, no filling, no bottle plug, and a no plug cover option.

Filling
By oscillating or moving the bottle around, you can clean the bottle opener so you can put the thick disk in the right place. Then, you can fill, stopper, cover, and screw the cap on. A peristaltic pump and a silicone pipe are used to draw the solution into a bottle. The filling station has a needle that you move up and down to fill the bottle again. This continues until the bottle is filled.
Capping
Another way to add good plugs is to put the disc sent to the affix, screw cap, affix a similar principle. This is done by the cylinder, which covers different sizes by complete, constantly rotating screw lids below and overall do up and down moves. The screw cap body is designed with consistent torque. The screw cap and bottle thread with torsion is used to regulate the stiffness of the screw cap after it has been set in place to meet the aim of not wounding the cover and not breaking the bottles.
